USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement ("Agreement") describes how you are allowed to use the Reppit Service and what we expect from you in return. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. TRAINING RESPONSIBILITY

Reppit provides structure, progression, and tracking. You control execution. You agree to:

• Listen to your body and stop any exercise that feels painful, unsafe, or beyond your current capacity.
• Seek medical clearance before starting or modifying an exercise program, especially if you have any prior injuries, conditions, or concerns.
• Use appropriate equipment and environment (surface, footwear, anchors, bars, etc.) when following any movement or workout.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Your use of Reppit does not create a doctor–patient, physical-therapist–patient, or coach–client relationship. The Service is a tool. It does not monitor you in real time and cannot see your form, context, or environment.

3. USER DATA AND TELEMETRY

Reppit tracks sets, reps, exercises, and related telemetry to generate rep schemes, unlock tiers, and power dashboards. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process this training data so we can operate and improve the system. We do not sell your personal training data.

4. BETA FEATURES AND EXPERIMENTS

From time to time, you may see experimental features, beta programs, or temporary visuals (including themes, effects, and dashboards). These may change, break, or be removed without notice. You agree that using beta features is at your own risk and that we are not obligated to maintain any specific experimental feature.

5. COMMUNITY AND CONDUCT

If the Service includes any community features now or in the future (such as leaderboards, challenges, or messaging), you agree to use them respectfully. You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users, and you will not share content that is hateful, defamatory, or illegal.

6. DEVICE AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for maintaining any devices or connectivity required to run the Service. Reppit is not responsible for interruptions, lag, or data loss caused by your device, network, or environment. Always make sure your surroundings are clear and safe before performing any movement suggested in the app.

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach this Agreement, misuse the platform, or create risk for other users. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice before suspension or termination.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

By using the Service, you acknowledge that physical training can cause injury even when performed correctly, and that Reppit cannot eliminate these risks. You agree that you are voluntarily choosing to train and that you are responsible for managing your own risk tolerance and progression.

By continuing to use Reppit, you confirm that you have read this User Agreement and our Terms of Service, and that you understand and accept the responsibilities and limitations described.
