TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reppit application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Reppit is a training and progression tool, not a medical service. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service is intended to be, or should be taken as, a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any exercise program or making changes to your training.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other serious harm or death. By using the Service, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and training and agree that you are solely responsible for determining whether any workout, progression, or movement is appropriate for your current condition and environment.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Service may describe potential training outcomes or example progressions. These are illustrative only. Individual results will vary based on many factors, including but not limited to history, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Reppit does not guarantee any particular performance, physique, or health outcome.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service in any way that: (a) violates any law or regulation; (b) attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform; or (c) interferes with other users’ ability to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that, in our reasonable judgment, compromises the integrity or safety of the Service or its users.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, training logic, and visual design, are owned by Reppit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial fitness training.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reppit disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reppit and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reppit and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reppit is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

13. PRIVACY AND ANALYTICS

Reppit uses first-party, server-side analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Service. We may set a random anonymous visitor identifier in a cookie (for example, reppit_visitor_id) so we can recognize returning browsers without fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or advertising pixels. We do not store your full IP address in our analytics database. When you create an account, we may link that anonymous identifier to your user account to measure signups and product usage.
